Welcome to Epic Home Inspections!

I know your house inside and out!

Epic Home Inspections will conduct a limited visual home inspection in accordance with our Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics. I will meet with you to give you an educational walk through and will  point out conditions of the home, including defects, health and safety concerns and needed maintenance. The final inspection report will be emailed to you within 24 hours.

When making a monetary commitment of purchasing or selling your house, your best judgment is to rely on the analysis of a skilled and unbiased professional Minnesota home inspection company. I can give you the expert opinion that you’re seeking. I have the trained eye and experience needed to look for signs of defects within any home. I’m also committed to you my client and to providing you with the ongoing support, and service, and advice that home buyers and sellers should expect even after the sale from their Minnesota Home Inspector.

My client first approach to home inspections has proven to be a great asset to many of my clients, given that much of my business comes to us through word of mouth referrals. My thorough inspection process and customized reporting system allows me to provide as much important information as possible to my clients in the time frame of the real estate transaction. Comprehensive training, strict attention to detail, unbiased reporting, professional standards and judgments, and taking the time to educate my clients on the residential property I am inspecting, has provided numerous clients with the insight they need to make informed decisions on the condition of their investment or interest.

About Me

My experience in the construction industry began working for my father in his construction business at the age of 16. I remained in the construction business in many forms for some 46 years.   And in that time, I have gained a very wide range of experience, involving handyman, maintenance, and remodeling services. I have had the pleasure of being in many private and business locations all over this great country. But one constant remains no matter where you go to do a project, “quality” everyone wants it and everyone deserves it.

I bring that same work ethic and honor to each and every inspection as a detail oriented person by nature. I am a certified ICA (Inspection Certification Associates) professional home inspector. And we follow a very strict “Standards of Practice” known by the (ASHI) American Society of Home Inspections. I was a foreman for a construction crew of 11 men and women for 12 years working both residential and commercial projects. I was a volunteer Firefighter for 5 years, I am an active member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars. And a member of the East Bethel Chamber of Commerce.

With my experiences, and reliability, and dedication to the notion of treating people fairly you can rest assured your number one possession your home will be in good hands.
